At Cambridge Safety, we run three IOSH Managing Safely courses per year for individual delegates to join. All are held at our bespoke training centre in Hampton, Peterborough.
Who is the course suitable for?
This course has been specifically designed for non-experts. You don’t have to know anything about health and safety before you take the course – it will teach you all you need to know. From the basic fundamentals to completing practical risk assessments, the IOSH Managing Safely® qualification covers all of the essential topics to help you build a safer, more considerate workplace.
Popular among team leaders, supervisors, line managers and senior managers, the course is also a common career starting point for safety practitioners and union safety representatives.
What will this course teach?
This course will equip you with the skills to tackle common health and safety issues that occur in workplaces every day – and prevent them from arising in the first place. We’ll cover the role that line managers have to play, too, offering practical solutions they can utilise to help keep everyone safe.
What does the course fee include?
The price includes all study materials, the IOSH Managing Safely delegate workbook, the certificate and refreshments, including a light lunch.

Can you come to me to deliver the course?
Our open courses are only held at our Peterborough facility, but we can deliver in-house training courses at your premises.
Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?
Yes – if you’re booking more than one delegate on the same course, we offer a 10% discount on the second delegate’s booking fee.
