NEBOSH and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have jointly developed a new one-day qualification aimed at senior leaders, directors and senior management – or anyone aspiring to these roles.

Based on HSE’s five leadership values, the content will help you to become a better health and safety influencer within your business.
The course is assessed by a series of reflective statements undertaken during the day.

- The moral, legal and financial reasons for good health and safety leadership
- The links between health and safety leadership and culture
- What the different leadership styles are
- How human failures can impact performance and culture
- The HSE’s model of effective health and safety leadership
- How leaders can build effective relationships with the workforce
There are no pre entry requirements for this qualification.
