This is a highly intensive qualification which covers a wide variety of environmental issues relevant to a majority of industries.
Many employers give responsibility for environmental management to the organisation’s health and safety advisor or manager. Holding the Nebosh Environmental Certificate will provide the holder with the confidence to undertake their role, as well as being an indicator of the competence both internally and externally to the organisation. Holders may apply for Technician Membership of the Charted Institution of Water and Environmental Management. This qualification is also recognised by the Institute Of Environmental Management and Assessment associate membership but you must apply within three years of achieving your qualification.
