The NEBOSH Construction Certificate is focused solely on the health and safety issues within the construction industry, with the management of health and safety based around the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015. It is an excellent introduction to construction health and safety management which teaches you how to complete risk assessments, audits, and inspections, as well as how to look out for key health and safety hazards on construction sites and other relevant workplaces.
With Cambridge Safety you can complete this qualification as a taught course at our training centre in Peterborough, or through one of our open learning opportunities. We are a small training provider that offers the highest quality training for all our students.

The syllabus has one unit, CN1, the first three units cover management of health and safety focused around CDM 2015 regs, with the following ten units on construction specific hazards and risk controls.
CN1 Managing and Controlling Hazards in Construction Activities
The course is aimed at those within the construction industry who are required to ensure that activities under their control are undertaken safely. It is also useful for those concerned with the management of buildings who may need to ensure that contractors are working safely.

Yes, you can. If you need to retake an exam our tutors will offer the best support possible to make sure you’re prepared and confident in your ability to pass the exam next time round.
With the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification you take one open book exam which is available for a 48 hour period. You will be provided login details and can complete the exam from a safe and secure location of your choice.
Our NEBOSH construction certificate online is accessible across most devices, including computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. But due to the amount of detail and information within the elearning package we would always recomend accessing via a tablet or laptop computer.
For the e-learning studying components it’s recommended that you spend 108 hours studying, plus the two day assessment. This is a rough guide, so some delegates will complete their studies in a shorter or longer time.
