Any individual, company, organisation etc wishing to provide a link to this website should not do so without the prior written permission of the Partners of Cambridge Safety LLP.
On receipt of your booking form, you will be sent your VAT invoice. Unless agreed prior to booking the course, fees must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date and prior to the start of the course. Your place is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment your joining instructions will be sent to you. Acceptance of a booking constitutes a liability for the relevant course fee or cancellation fee and is subject to our standard terms and conditions shown below. We can accept payment either by cheque or BACS. Our BACS details are available on request and shown on our invoice. If by two weeks before the course you have not received your joining instructions please contact us by telephone (01733 865695). It is a condition of booking that unless agreed in advance all fees are payable prior to the commencement of the course.
We understand that changes in circumstances mean that it is not always possible for an individual booked onto a course to attend. Cancellations can cause us problems and are therefore subject to the following conditions: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: £50 admin fee per booking plus any exam fees paid to NEBOSH; plus if 8 - 28 days notice are given 50% of the course fees and any exam fees pre-paid to Nebosh; No refunds will be made within 1 week of the course start date but you may send a substitute delegate provided their application can be accepted by the tutor and there is still time to register with NEBOSH for the examination. We will deal with requests for transfers onto alternative or later programmes as flexibly as possible. Once a course has started no refunds or substitutions are possible.
Course programmes are correct at the time of going to print but may be altered or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Courses are run subject to there being sufficient delegate numbers.
It is important that you have researched and sought advice as to which Nebosh course is best suited to your needs and ability level and have fully understood the level of commitment required for the specific Nebosh course you are booking. We strongly recommend you discuss the course and its requirements with one of the Cambridge Safety team and raise any learning issues or if English is not your first language prior to booking the course.
At Cambridge Safety we respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.
